关于新型冠状病毒的通知

您们好！

值此新春佳节，首先谨代表深圳市虎骐腾智能科技有限公司（以下简称：虎骐腾），诚挚祝福大家新春快乐，阖家安康！

根据《国务院办公厅27日发布关于延长2020年春节假期的通知》、《广东省人民政府关于企业复工和学校开学时间的通知》以及世界卫生组织（WHO）的建议。

为加强新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作，有效减少人员聚集，阻断疫情传播，更好保障人民群众生命和身体健康，结合我公司实际情况，经公司研究决定：

1.     假期延长到2月9日（星期日），开工暂定2月10日（星期一），如有变动，另行通知；

2.     假期延长期间，虎骐腾所有同事将继续通过邮箱，微信，邮箱，WhatsApp，电话等各种形式与客户及供应商保持密切联系，解决各项应急事务；

3.     虎骐腾高度重视疫情发展，积极开展公司、工厂及供应商等地的卫生防疫工作，休假期间我司将对所有物料、产线严格执行消毒流程，每日对全体员工进行身体健康情况时时监测，不仅为复工后的安全防疫做好充分准备，也将在复工后持续保持，直至疫情的彻底消除;

4.     为保证复工后的物料供应充足，订单的顺利生产、完成及出货，虎骐腾同事也将在假期延长期间加强与各供应商的联系、沟通与协调。

温馨提示：

预防新型冠状病毒感染，做好自我保护是关键，尤其是以下几点：

1.     规律作息，加强在家里的锻炼，提高自我免疫力；

2.     室内常开窗通风，避免到封闭，空气不流通的公共场地和其它人多的地方；

3.     如果必须要外出，一定要带好口罩（首选外科医用口罩或者N 95口罩）

新型冠状病毒的发生是一个不可控的事件，在这个特殊时刻，希望大家能够提高警惕，注重预防，虎骐腾所有同事将同心协力，众志成诚，共克时艰。

STATEMENT ON CORONAVIRUS FOR 2020 CNY

31 January 2020, Shenzhen: All Clients, Branch Office, Suppliers, and Cooperators, Shenzhen Hugecom Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (here is shortly by Hugecom as below), wish you Happy New Year! Happiness and Health around you!

According <The State Council General Office issued a notice on the 27th to extend the Spring Festival holiday in 2020>, <Notice of the People's Government of Guangdong Province on the resumption of business and school start times>and the World Health Organization’s (WHO) recommendations.

In order to strengthen the prevention and control of Corona Virus infection, effectively reduce the gathering of people, block the spread of the epidemic, and better to protect the lives and physical health of people. Based on the actual situation of our company, Hugecom decided:

1.   The CNY holiday is extended to February 9th (Sunday), and the start of construction is tentatively scheduled for February 10th (Monday). If any changes will notice in time;

2.   During the extended holiday period, staffs in Hugecom will continue to keep close contact with customers and suppliers through various forms such as email, WeChat, E-mail, WhatsApp, and mobile phone to resolve various emergency matters;

3.   Hugecom attaches great importance to the development of epidemic situation, and actively carry out sanitation and epidemic prevention work in companies, factories and suppliers. During the extended holiday, we will strictly implement disinfection procedures for all materials and production lines, and ask to carry out physical health conditions for all employees on a daily basis. Continuous monitoring, not only to fully prepare for safety and epidemic prevention after resumption of work, but also to maintain it after resumption until the epidemic situation is completely eliminated;

   4. In order to ensure the sufficient supply of materials after the resumption of work, the smooth production, completion and shipment of orders, staffs in Hugecom will also strengthen the contact, communication and coordination with suppliers during the extended holiday period.

Tips:

To preventing coronavirus infection and protecting yourself is the more important, so especially the following:

1. Regular work and rest, strengthen exercise at home, improve self-immunity;

2. The windows are often opened indoors for ventilation, avoiding closed, airless public places and places with many people;

3. If you must go out, you must wear a mask (preferably surgical mask or N 95 mask)

The occurrence of coronavirus is an uncontrollable event. At this special moment, we hope that everyone can be vigilant and focus on prevention. Staffs in Hugecom will work together to achieve consensus and overcome the difficulties.
